Accountants and More was started by Terry Murphy in 2001 and its philosophy was a “different way of thinking”.
Terry was Commercial Manager at James Hardie and CSR and was responsible for several business turnarounds saved from closure to be now some of Australia’s strongest businesses. We have structured the business along the same lines as James Hardie and CSR where we have the smartest and youngest workforces in each branch. Its our goal to help you have the same sort of success that Terry generated for some of Australia’s best companies.
We have branches in Forster, Woolgoolga, Coffs Harbour, Warriewood, Sydney and soon to open in Adelaide.

Terry was born in Broken Hill and went to a Catholic boarding school in the Adelaide Hills. He enjoyed the community of boarding school however having an adventurous, fast moving mind, felt somewhat constrained by the regimented traditions. Terry did not want to be held back and looked to the business world to satisfy his appetite for challenge and variety. He worked for a number of different companies and was the Commercial Manager for CSR and James Hardie looking over multi-million dollar budgets.
These days, Terry is widely regarded at the most commercially experiences Accountant of the Mid North Coast. Terry is a CPA accountant and a Financial Planner. If your business needs improving then line up an appointment with Terry in the Forster, Woolgoolga or Coffs Harbour offices.
Celeste Godwin BBus
Accountant/Team Leader
Celeste is the Operations Manager. She is well known in the Forster area, being born there and going to the local schools. Her love of the area is shown, when dealing with her clients and the community. She is a degree qualified accountant and Head Accountant within the Forster practice where she specialises in tax and payroll and has particularly strong MYOB knowledge.
Celeste previously lived in South Australia and Tasmania, where she was the Financial Manager of a very successful fishing industry, with knowledge of turning waste into profit. This, coupled with her excellent problem solving, people and communication skills makes Celeste a valuable member of the Support Centre team.
Wayne Robards
B Comm Senior Accountant
Wayne has been the principal of Robards Accounting for ten years and has helped many businesses in the area. Wayne is married with 4 children. He is a keen member of Taree Rotary Club, helps in many local organisations and is active in his local church.
Wayne is a good listener, is keen to help clients and understands the importance of going the extra mile.
Jurgen Clauss Adv Dip Acc’g, Dip FinPlanning
Accountant / Financial Planner
Jurgen was born in Germany, enjoys cycling and spending time with his family. Jurgen has held senior commercial roles and topped the state in the Advanced Accounting Certificate and has an Advanced Diploma and Master of Horticulture.
Jurgen is the Financial Planner and Accountant at Woolgoolga. He is well placed to help people with financial planning issues and taxation. Jurgen is well liked and easy to talk to. If you’re thinking of improving your wealth or reviewing your superannuation, you will be pleased to meet with Jurgen.
Michelle O’Connor
Administation Manager
Michele is originally from Toongabbie. Being a people person, on weekends she likes to help out at the Woolgoolga Markets.
Being very organised, Michelle gets things done and takes pride in managing the Woolgoolga office. Michelle looks forward to assisting with appointments and queries and any aspects of client support.
Amy Standing
Amy was born at Woolgoolga and is the Woolgoolga Accountant. She can help with all tax and BAS issues.
Amy likes running and bike riding in the hills. She also goes four wheel driving and has done martial arts. Amy has an advanced degree in Science and is doing a Master of Business. Amy thinks ahead so be warned.
